Agnostic to the facility’s EMR

Clomr allows anesthesia groups to operate their RCM processes independent of the facility’s EMR and more upstream to interact directly with the patient prior to day of service with one-click SMS onboarding. Leapfrog the facility’s control and stop manual spreadsheet building.

Reclaim control, own your data

It’s the group’s records and work product, so own it. It survives a change of facility, EMR changes, a change of billing company and the end of a contract. The freedom of portable data is yours.

The difference

From case log to agentic clean claim submission

No more superbills. No more telephone game. Capture directly from the source. Care starts in the room, and so does the data capture, regardless of paper or EMR.

Questions worth asking

Our facilities all run different EMRs. Does that matter?
No. Clomr captures the case from your clinician, so it works the same whether the site runs Epic, Cerner, an anesthesia information system or paper. The alternative is a separate way to pull and reconcile data at every facility, which in most groups means somebody doing it by hand.
Do we have to replace our billing company?
No. Keep your billing partner and run Clomr as the capture layer.
How does Clomr get the case data?
Directly from the patient in the onboarding process and from the anesthesiologist performing the case. No more hand-offs, superbills, texts, emails, curiour services, or faxes. Claims filed before the patinet leave the recovery room.
Is Clomr HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Yes to both. The BAA is part of onboarding.
What does it cost?
Platform access is priced per clinical user on three tiers, and non-clinical users are free. Agentic billing is charged as a share of gross collections, on the claims Clomr bills. The rates are in Pricing above.
